DANIEL “LITO” WARREN 

This All-star athlete was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised on the Eastside of Atlanta. Daniel entered Columbia High School as a track, basketball, and football athlete. He later graduated from Carver High School. Lito attended Palomar College where he was a football starter in 2014-15 and the MVP of The Comets. Lito’s athletic gifts, work ethic and standout performance laid the foundation for his 5 year career here at E.F.F.E.C.T Fitness. Currently Lito is perfecting his skill as a Group Fitness instructor and has been dubbed the GURU of ABs.
